For over 50 years now, customers working in the field of industrial pipeline construction around the world have relied on flexible pipe connections from STENFLEX® – the specialist for high-quality construction elements. STENFLEX® can offer something very special in terms of the quality, value and durability of its products and is inextricably linked with rubber and steel expansion joints made from conventional materials such as EPDM, NBR, butyl and stainless steel.

For 50 years now, STENFLEX® rubber expansion joints have been the well-established and preferred flexible pipe connection elements used in industrial equipment manufacture, machine construction, apparatus manufacture and pipeline construction. The connections impress with their compensating and damping material properties as well as their capacity to discharge energy in the interior of the pipeline to protect adjacent components.
In order to offer our customers maximum reliability and precision with STENFLEX® steel expansion joints, we design and construct the joints using the very latest CAD processes. Our engineering team simulates form, function and installation prior to commissioning so that the expansion joints are easy to install and are fully equipped to withstand subsequent stress.
STENFLEX® swivel joints are used as rotatable pipe connection pieces and are installed in moving pipeline systems subject to pressure. In the case of harsh operating conditions and high pressures, they are the ideal connection element – whether they are used for liquid or gaseous media with temperatures from –50°C to +260°C.
STENFLEX® rubber-metal pipe connectors are installed specifically to intercept undesirable sound transmissions and dampen vibrations in pipelines. In particular, they are used in houses, hospitals and schools as these are places where noises caused by industrial equipment, pumps or burners can be very disruptive.
