Product Specification: High-Strength Seamless Steel Pipes
This product group consists of high-quality seamless pipes manufactured in accordance with European standards, including EN 10210 (structural), EN 10297 (mechanical), and EN 10216-3 (pressure purposes). The pipes are delivered in grades S355J2H, S355K2H, E355+N, and P355N TC1, ensuring versatility across structural and engineering applications.
Key Technical Requirements:
- Condition: Normalized or hot rolled within the normalizing temperature range.
- Testing: Includes additional Charpy V-notch impact testing at -40°C for enhanced reliability in low-temperature environments.
- Traceability: Each pipe is die-stamped (using round-nose tools) and clearly marked with heat number, quality, size, and PO number, located at least 50 mm from the pipe end.
- Documentation: Fully certified to EN 10204 3.1, specifying mechanical values, chemical analysis, CEQ, impact figures, and detailed normalizing parameters.
